Members of the SSBA have requested a particular song to be played at the Tranmere match shortly before the team runs out.

They want all Rovers fans to join in with the chorus of "Sweet Caroline" and they will donate £100 to club funds.

This is a great gesture from great fans!

Charlie, our stadium announcer, will introduce the song and ask all fans to join in the chorus. This will take place just after the Vikettes have danced on the pitch, and we need all Rovers fans in all areas of the ground to join in and help to build the atmosphere for the team.

We would like to develop this initiative for the remainder of the season and hope that all Rovers fans will make themselves familiar with the song so that we can make it a permanent fixture at all home games from now on. Spread the word and let's sing for the Rovers !
