STOCK HANDED WALES CALL UP
Doncaster Rovers midfielder and stand-in skipper Brian Stock has been called up to the Wales squad for their friendlies against Iceland and the Netherlands.
John Toshack's side face Iceland at the Laugardal Stadium in Reykjavik, on Wednesday 28th May - before travelling to Stadium Feijenoord in Rotterdam to face Marco Van Basten's Netherlands side.
It's Stocky's second call up to the Welsh international squad; with the midfielder called up earlier in the year to face Luxembourg. Stock didn't feature in that clash, playing his part as an unused substitute.
Oldham Athletic's Neil Eardley and Craig Davies, Bristol Rovers' Joe Jacobsen, Gillingham's Andrew Crofts, Nottingham Forest's Arron Davies and Swansea City's Owain Tudur Jones all represent League One sides in John Toshack's squad - with this call up the second full international call up received by Brian Stock in his career.
