Doncaster Rovers midfielder Mark Wilson has committed his future to the Club after signing a new 2-year deal.
The 29-year old was out of contract this summer, with a number of Clubs interested in securing the former Manchester United and Middlesbrough player.

However, talking exclusively to the Rovers Official Website, Wilson admits that in reality - he never wanted to leave Doncaster Rovers.
"I'm delighted to be here for another two years," said Wilson in an exclusive interview with Rovers World.
"I've enjoyed the past year and a half/two years and I am happy to have signed so that I can continue playing for Doncaster Rovers."
"It was more of a case of the environment and the people that I am surrounded by, as opposed to the lure of Championship football. Even if we had stayed in League One last season, I would have been more tempted to stay put - whether Championship clubs came in for me or not."
Wilson made 34 appearances for Sean O'Driscoll's side last term - moving in and out of the starting eleven due to the consistent performances put in by other Rovers midfielders. Mark also scored the second and decisive goal in the Rovers' 2-0 win over Huddersfield Town at the Keepmoat Stadium at the start of the season.
The Scunthorpe-born central midfielder suffered a tear to his groin later on in the season, during the Rovers home win against Gillingham - an injury that ended Wilson's season in disappointing fashion. However, it is an injury that is in Wilson's past - as he prepares to return for the Rovers in pre-season. The pre-season campaign could also see him feature against his hometown side Scunthorpe United - in what is the first pre-season friendly at the Keepmoat Stadium prior to the Rovers first season back in the Championship.
