ROVERS EYE YOUNG DEFENDER
Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll is taking a look at young defender Jamie Lovegrove, who has been recommended to the club by former Chelsea legend John Hollins.
Jamie was handed his debut by John for Crawley Town in the Conference at only 16, against Northwich Victoria, before being loaned out to Margate FC and Worthing FC.
Jamie has been released by Crawley and was to continue his football education in the United States.
Rovers Assistant Manager Richard O'Kelly said:
"We thought we would take a look at the young lad, after he was recommended to us by John Hollins. He will train with us this week at Cantley, plus will feature at some point in the game against Rossington on Wednesday night."
Get down to Oxford Street Ground for a glimpse of the players in action. The game is all ticket and tickets must be bought from the Keepmoat Ticket Office.
