Natasha became the Rovers Belles first signing of the summer of 2007, with Belles beating off strong competition from other Premier League sides for the versatile defender's signature. Hughes joins from the Addicks where she helped them challenge for domestic honours last season.

Indeed, Natasha appeared in Charlton's 4-1 defeat in the 2007 FA Women's Cup Final against Arsenal at the City Ground in her home town of Nottingham. Natasha joined fellow Addicks players Katie Holtham, Natasha Dowie and Jo Potter in attending the Loughborough Development Centre in 2006/07.

Natasha had joined Charlton from Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2006. The quick and athletic defender spent four seasons in the East Midlands, representing both the England U19's and U21's during her time with Forest.
